The annual Get-Together of the Association and their families and friends, one of the most awaited annual events, was organized on Saturday, March 11, 2006 evening at The Calcutta Club, Kolkata. The Get-Together provided an excellent opportunity and colorful evening for the members of their families and friends to get acquainted to each other over Cocktails and dinner.

The Get-Together also marked the formal launch of the ILPA Web Site.

The Web Site was launched by the Founder President of ILPA and Doyen of the industry Mr. S.S. Sawhney. Mr. Sawhney appreciated the need and presentation of the Web Site and hoped that this Web Site would bring the activities of ILPA to the knowledge of the rest of the world. Many interesting features on the Site are helpful, informative and interactive. The most interesting part of Web Site is the Trading Board in which section the international buyers enlist their requirements and ILPA members can respond to their specific enquiries. Moreover, Webpage can be utilised for members' buying and selling of any commodities, without any cost. The advertisement will appear as a box on the Site which when clicked on will link to one full page. This page could have photographs of products and contact details of the advertisers. Further, name, address, contact details including mail I.D. of all ILPA members is listed free of charge.

Mr. G.K. Gulati, Mr. Paresh Rajda, Ms. Antara Kumar and Mr. Adhar Sahni congratulated the team behind the venture, namely, the Youth Brigade consisting of Mr. Gautam Rajda, Mr. Kaustav Nandi Mr. Prakash Karira, Mr. Ms. Janki Kulkarni and Ms. Ananya Majumdar.
